I. To place an order:
A. Go to www.appraisersllc.com and click “Client Login” at the top of the page. A new browser screen will open.
B. Enter your user name and password. (My user name is ________________ and my password is _______________.)
C. Click “Order Appraisal” from the left side menu.
D. Fill in the appropriate information and click “Order Appraisal” at the bottom of the form when completed.
1. Note: Use only numbers for price entries. Do not use “$” or commas.
E. Click “Confirm Order” at the bottom of the page if correct. If you see errors, click the back button and edit the order. Once you confirm the order you must submit a file inquiry or email to the office to change it (SEE STEP III).
F. NOTE: Please use your account to place all new orders, not the “Place Order” link on www.appraisersllc.com.
G. Click “Main” at the top of the site to return to the main page.
H. You should receive an email confirming receipt of your new order.
II. To check the status of an incomplete order:
A. If you are not already logged in, go to www.appraisersllc.com and log in (SEE STEPS IA & B).
B. Click “Main” at the top of the site page. This will list all your incomplete orders. The status of the orders is shown in the last column.
C. To view more details about the order, click the File Number in blue in the first column.
III. To ask questions or request addenda to an order, you can either:
A. Click on the file number and click the “E-mail office” icon at the top of the page or the “File Inquiries” link at the bottom.
B. OR, click “File Inquiries” in the left column menu when you are on the main page.
IV. To Search for a file:
A. Click the “Search” tab at the top of the page.
B. Select your search parameters by clicking on either File, Address, Borrower, or Loan in the left menu column.
V. To view completed orders and download reports:
A. Click the “Main” tab at the top of the page and the “Completed Orders” tab in the left menu column.
B. Click the file number in the first column or the download icon in the last column to view more information about the file.
C. Click the download icon at the bottom of the order screen to open the report in Adobe Acrobat.
